In the Goddess Sisterhood we are focused on healing unresolved trauma that leaves us stuck in patterns of self sabotage and self limiting beliefs about ourselves causing our behaviors to perpetuate a cycle of self hatred and destruction.. leaving us depressed and unable to reach our goals. The good news is that we can transform trauma into our highest selves if we choose to heal our pain and find our purpose instead of deny and run from it.. it takes #courage to overcome your fears and self doubts in order to reach your goals and live the life of your dreams💯 you got this and I'll support your journey of self discovery and healing by sharing mines 🖤 LaDashaDiamond
Goal Setting
Goal setting consists of short term and long term goals. Short term goals are reached in 1 year or less and long term goals can stretch out 1-5 years. When a goal is too big it can be hard to actualize it. Breaking it down into smaller goals can help eliviate the stress and overwhelm you may be experiencing and feeling. The key is to have a plan of action and execute it with faith in God, self determination and support from your tribe. Radical support is super important to reaching your goals. Having someone believe in you can make all the difference and it's ok to want, need and desire validation. We're here for it, mutually. Mutual sport can also help you with getting and staying organized as well as reinforcement of accountability building confidence and strengthening integrity. Making us all better versions of our selves. What a gift!
Intentions setting with goddess energy
Setting intentions for our dream lives can be accomplished through mindfulness. We can also tap into the energy of the divine and spiritual realms evoking goddess like qualities. I look to the Orisha Oshun and the Egyptian Goddess ISIS incorporating the principals of Maat to help me set intention and to adopt and apply similar Essences they possess. For instance Oshun represents fertility and purity. Isis represents the divine feminine principal wife and mother while Maat represents justice weighing the heart against a feather. You can learn more about these and more divine women to emulate and/or study, like Hannah, Sarah or Mary from the Holy Bible. We will incorporate ritual and ceremony into our in person retreats as well as online. Keeping tradition helps us remember who we are, from where we come and keeps us connected with our ancestors.
The Power of Witness
Working intentionally on your healing journey in a safe, brave and supportive container is a transformative experience as we become mirrors for and to one another while also being witnessed as we discover ourselves, our goals and our dreams. Partner work helps us reach our goals with more ease and confidence as we are uplifted, encouraged and celebrated, together. Our goal is to build a network of 100 women and to generate a revenue of $250,000. Discussions will include sharing our stories of trauma to triumph, sharing business ideas, sharing health and fitness tips, sharing resources, skills and ideas, collaring on projects and business ventures, creating art and curating events, producing films and podcasts, content creation and so much more. I'm so excited!!!
